Return and Exchange Policy

  • No exchange will be provided for any product ordered from www.thehighzone.com (Except when there is a wrong/manufacturing defect product received.)
  • In case of a replacement, we will initiate the return pickup in 2-4 business days. Once the product gets received in our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality team, and after carefully checking we will schedule a replacement order immediately.
  • Any issue regarding the product will be taken into consideration up to a maximum of 7 days from the actual order delivery date.
  • The article(s) being returned for exchange should be unused, clean, and accompanied by its original packaging and tags in an undamaged condition.

Refund Policy

Please Note : Highzone follows a No Refund Policy, no Prepaid orders/COD orders placed from www.thehighzone.com will be refunded, you can opt-in for replacement/credit voucher code if a damaged/wrong product is received.
